Warranty Policy

At Guayaba, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of every piece we create. Our jewelry is made to last, and we back it with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Coverage

Applies exclusively to 14/20 Gold Filled and .925 Sterling Silver pieces. Includes:

  • Reattachment of detached parts

  • Stone tightening or resetting

  • Jump ring repairs

If you provide the missing part or stone, the repair is free of charge.
If the missing part is not available, the repair can still be completed for a small additional fee.

Lifetime Complimentary Cleaning

Keep your jewelry looking its best with free professional cleaning for life on all authentic Guayaba pieces.

  • Each item is evaluated to ensure safe cleaning. If the piece is not in proper condition for cleaning, we may determine that the service cannot be carried out.

Shipping & Labels

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair center.

  • Guayaba can provide shipping labels upon request.

  • Use a secure and trackable shipping method, as Guayaba is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or exposure to chemicals

  • Alterations or repairs by third parties

  • Tarnishing or discoloration due to improper storage or handling

After the Warranty

  • Repairs available at a reduced service cost after the 12-month period.

  • Lifetime free cleaning continues for all pieces.
