  • Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. You must do the requests within seven (7) days of delivery of your package to request an exchange or replacement.  You can contact us at info@guayabapr.com
  • We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to the original purchase return. Shipping cost for a replacement will be covered by the customer.
  • SALE section is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Because of the nature of pierced earrings, all earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • In case an item has become missing or lost, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps with the United States Postal Service and file an insurance claim. Keep in mind that Guayaba is not responsible for any item that has been missing or lost in transit after item is dropped off for shipping. With the purchase you will be provided with a tracking number by email.
