Most of our pieces are made to order, handcrafted specially for you.

Please allow 1–14 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Processing time may vary depending on the design and availability of materials.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Orders are shipped through USPS, DHL Express, UPS & FedEx

Please note that Guayaba is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or missing in transit after the package has been dropped off with the selected carrier.

If your order becomes missing or lost, it is the customer’s responsibility to take the necessary steps with the shipping carrier and file a claim:
